Sven Mönnichmann is an experienced Senior Scrum Master currently overseeing team dynamics and customer needs at Alliander since January 2022. Previously, Sven led multiple teams at Betty Blocks and played a key role in promoting agile methodologies at Tourism Group International while also enhancing UX design at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and SveNRG. Sven’s design expertise spans various roles, including positions at 24i, The New Motion, UPC Nederland, Calanza B.V., and Creapolis Media, emphasizing a strong background in digital design and user experience. An alumnus of HKU, Sven holds a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, further complemented by a HAVO degree from Ommelander College.
