In 2005, they worked as a PPC Officer in the Planning Production Control Department at Welmade Locking Systems Pvt Ltd, where they participated in ISO internal audits and re-modelling of Bill of Material for the Purchase department. In 2006, they worked as a Process Executive at WNS Global Services SA. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Homeward Residential, Inc., where they were responsible for Default management, Cashiering, Correspondence management, Automated Clearing House, Payment clearance, and Mortgage Underwriting. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Quality Analyst at SLK. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Manager at Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd, where they managed IT Software and IT Infrastructure, End to End IT services, Business Analyst role, IT SME, Infra Requirements gathering and Implementation, Customer support, Business Continuity Planning, CIC relationship and Data management, Greaviance Management, SPOC for IT, Digital Payment API deployment, Vendor Management, Cost negotiations, Infra Procurement and Vendor relationship, IT Team management across PAN India, Project Management, Business Requirements Gathering and Documentation, Process Setup, SPOC between Operation and Technology Team, All Software App Management, Android's Application support, Web and Android new development release management, and patch managements. Suhas Athvale obtained their Bachelor of Business Management from MPM COLLAGE in 2004, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
