Tabhita Minten

Tabhita Minten is an experienced management consultant specializing in the intersection of organization, communication, and IT. Since June 2013, Tabhita has been working at PeperMint Organisatieadvies, taking on various roles such as strategic advisor, methodology expert, process director, and trainer. In addition, Tabhita serves as an expert advisor for Digital Employee Experience at Alliander since November 2019, focusing on awareness, vision, strategy development, and governance related to the employee experience. Recent roles include Intranet Expert at Erasmus School of Economics and Coordinator of Student Information at Wageningen University & Research. Tabhita has also contributed as a co-initiator and co-author of the first book on digital employee experience. Educational qualifications include a Doctorandus in Policy, Communication, and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and multiple certifications in project management and agile methodologies.
