Brian Goldberg

Brian Goldberg is the President of Alliant Capital, Ltd. Mr. Goldberg began his employment with Alliant in 1997 where his initial responsibility was overseeing the financial affairs of the Company and its affiliates.

In January 2010, he received a promotion to his current title. From 1990 to 1997, he was employed as the Chief Financial Officer of a large real estate investment company that developed and managed residential and commercial real estate throughout the United States. From 1985 to 1990, he was employed by Arthur Andersen in the Enterprise Group.

Mr. Goldberg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Denver. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
