Kimberly Potokar

Kimberly Potokar serves as the Director of the Member Contact Center at Alliant Credit Union, overseeing the daily operations of Digital Care and Member Engagement teams since May 2010. Previously, Kimberly held roles as Sr. Manager of Digital Care, Sr. National Manager of Branches, and Sr. Branch Manager, where responsibilities included operational oversight, member growth strategies, and leading high-performing teams. In addition to work at Alliant Credit Union, Kimberly is the President and Founder of the Bob Potokar "Love Your Face" Foundation, Inc., established in January 2023 to honor the memory of their husband’s battle with Multiple Myeloma. Kimberly's career began at Chase as a Branch Manager and VP, after which Kimberly served as Branch Training Manager at TCF Bank.
