Becky Baltes is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and client management. Currently serving as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant at Alliant Energy since March 2019, Becky previously held roles including Customer Success Manager at Wolters Kluwer Health and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at CUNA Mutual Group. Throughout a career initiated at Robert Half Finance and Accounting as a Recruiting Manager, Becky has excelled in diverse areas, including executive and campus recruiting, employment branding, and client relationship management. Early experience as a Tax Accountant at Bailey and Stolzman, SC, provided a strong foundation in accounting, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
