Bradley Pincombe

Bradley Pincombe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bradley started their career at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, where they worked as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager from 1991 to 1996.

In 1996, Pincombe joined Wisconsin Central Transportation Systems as the Manager for Transportation Systems & Projects, where they were responsible for managing strategic technology implementations. Bradley was later promoted to Director of Wisconsin Central Transportation Systems, overseeing multiple departments and strategic vendors.

In 2002, Pincombe became a Program Manager for the Canadian National SAP Program following the acquisition of Wisconsin Central. Bradley managed the rollout of the SAP solution and served as the liaison between the project team and business. Bradley also led an optimization project to improve the use of SAP's Sales & Distribution module.

Pincombe joined Alliant Energy in 2004 as a Project Manager and was responsible for upgrading the company's PeopleSoft ERP Finance/Supply Chain/Data Warehouse solution. Bradley then served as a Senior Project Manager and Manager of Environmental Services Strategic Projects before becoming the Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO) in 2011. In this role, they managed a team of project managers and consultants, as well as facilitated technology planning and strategy development.

Pincombe's most recent positions at Alliant Energy include Director of Business Services, Director of Business Services and IT Operations, and their current role as Director of Business Planning and Strategy. In their current position, they are responsible for leading business planning and strategy initiatives.

Bradley Pincombe completed their BA in Economics with a minor in Religion from William & Mary, attending from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued an MBA in Transportation/Logistics and Technology/E-Commerce from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, from 1998 to 2001.
