Bradley then served as a Senior Project Manager and Manager of Environmental Services Strategic Projects before becoming the Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO) in 2011. In this role, they managed a team of project managers and consultants, as well as facilitated technology planning and strategy development.

Pincombe's most recent positions at Alliant Energy include Director of Business Services, Director of Business Services and IT Operations, and their current role as Director of Business Planning and Strategy. In their current position, they are responsible for leading business planning and strategy initiatives.
