Elaine Watson

Elaine Watson is an experienced IT manager currently serving as the Manager of IT Product and Service Owner for IT Platforms at Alliant Energy since June 2023. Previously, Elaine held various leadership roles at ACT from November 2011 to June 2023, including Director of IT Infrastructure Services, where responsibilities included managing technical teams for internal support systems, overseeing IT infrastructure projects using multiple methodologies, and directing a Managed Service Provider. Prior roles at ACT included Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure and Technical Project Manager, with a focus on infrastructure and systems management. Elaine also has experience from AEGON, where roles included Senior Process Coordinator and Change Control Team Lead. Elaine holds an MBA and a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
