Gina Reicks

Gina Reicks is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in software and hardware solutions architecture, currently serving as a Solutions Architect at Alliant Energy since May 2002. During this tenure, Gina has led design sessions to create governance-compliant solutions and has played a pivotal role in the IT Transformation team, promoting agile methodologies and automation. Previous roles include Lead IT Analyst, IT Senior Analyst, IT Analyst, and IT Programmer/Analyst, contributing to customer self-service applications and providing extensive IT support for contact centers. Prior to Alliant Energy, Gina worked as a Telecom Analyst at Eagle Point Software, where responsibility included maintaining and updating a PBX system. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Clarke University.
