Julie Clark currently serves as the State Quality Manager at Alliant Health Solutions, where responsibilities include managing internal staff to implement quality improvement initiatives and identifying process enhancement opportunities within the project management office. Previously, as a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist in Tennessee, Julie engaged healthcare beneficiaries and providers to elevate local healthcare quality and actively participated in community coalition meetings. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Improvement Specialist at Qsource, focusing on patient safety and quality improvement activities in over 1,000 long-term care facilities. Julie's career also includes positions as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Hancock County Home Health and Signature Healthcare, where management and patient care were key responsibilities. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Leadership from East Tennessee State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Kellogg Community College.
