Amy Phalen

Amy Phalen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amy currently works as an Account Manager - Lead at Alliant Insurance Services since 2023. Before that, they were a CL Senior Account Manager - Environmental at USI Insurance Services from 2018 to 2023. In 2006, Amy joined the AZ Dept. of Environmental Quality as a Hydrogeologist and later became a Hydrologist III until 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate at T-Mobile in 2005 and as an Operations Assistant at Cross Country Automotive (Emergency Call Center) from 2003 to 2004. Amy's previous experience also includes working as a Project Hydrogeologist at EnviroTrac Ltd. from 2000 to 2003 and volunteering at the Bureau of Land Management in 1999.

Amy Phalen attended Rutgers University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Geology. In addition, they obtained a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification from OSHA in the year 2000.
