Dan Schoenberg

Dan Schoenberg is a seasoned professional in the field of tax and transactional risk insurance, currently serving as Co-Leader of the Global M&A Group and Practice Head of Transactional Risk and Tax Insurance at Alliant Insurance Services since June 2020. Prior to this role, Dan held key positions at Aon as Senior Managing Director of the Transactional Risk Group and Global Head of Tax Insurance Practice, and at Deutsche Bank as a Director, where Dan implemented tax planning strategies across various regions and business units. Dan began the career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in the International Tax Services Group and has accumulated extensive experience in corporate tax transactional practices at Norton Rose Fulbright and Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Johns Hopkins University.
