Michelle Serra

Michelle Serra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle is currently working as a Business Analyst Lead at Alliant Insurance Services since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Underwriter at Zurich North America from November 2015 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Risk Analyst/Underwriter at AIG from December 2011 to November 2015. Michelle also has experience as a Project Manager at Alpha Analytical Labs from May 2003 to December 2011 and as a Geologist II at Corporate Environmental Advisors, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Michelle started their career as an Analyst at Analytics in 1999.

Michelle Serra completed their Bachelor's Degree in Geology at the University of New Hampshire from 1994 to 1998. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Clark University in 2017.
