Russell Gonzales has a diverse work experience in the title insurance industry. Russell began their career at Fort Bend Title Company in 1992 as a Title Examiner, where they worked until 1998. Russell then joined Stewart Title, where they held various roles over a span of 18 years. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Commercial Escrow Assistant. Russell then became Vice President and Commercial Escrow Officer from 2000 to 2009. Russell transitioned to the role of Policy Services Associate Director from 2009 to 2013 and later served as the Agency Services Manager from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Alliant National Title Insurance Company as the Assistant Vice President and SW Region Agency Representative. Russell currently holds this position, which they started in August 2020.

Russell Gonzales completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Houston-Downtown. Russell attended the university from 1997 to 2000.
