Kaitlin Dunn Troutman

Kaitlin Dunn Troutman is the SVP, Operations at Alliant - The Audience Company. Kaitlin has over 10 years of experience in marketing and branding, with a focus on customer experience. Kaitlin has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Metropolitan Pavilion, and Time Inc.

Kaitlin's passion for marketing and customer experience began early on in their career. As an intern at Time Inc., they worked on consumer marketing campaigns and learned the importance of understanding the customer. After their internship, they went on to work as a marketing director for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. In this role, they oversaw all marketing efforts for the company and developed a deep understanding of the customer journey.

After several years in the corporate world, Kaitlin decided to start their own marketing and branding consulting business. Kaitlin worked with clients of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations. In 2017, they joined Blue Hill at Stone Barns as an F.A.R.M.S Apprentice. In this role, they worked with the farmers to develop sustainable marketing strategies for their products.

In 2018, Kaitlin joined Alliant - The Audience Company as the VP of Marketing & Customer Experience. In this role, they are responsible for leading the marketing team and developing strategies to improve customer experience.

Kaitlin Dunn Troutman is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts and Related Services. Kaitlin also has a degree in Art Kaitlin'story from Franklin & Marshall College, and a degree in French and Art Kaitlin'story from Sarah Lawrence College.

Their manager is JoAnne Monfradi Dunn, President & CEO. Kaitlin Dunn Troutman works with Bob Burns - Chief Analytics Officer, Donna Hamilton - SVP, Data Strategy, and Malcolm Houtz - VP, Data Science.
