Doug has 30 years of experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, accounting system design and implementation, auditing, and consulting on business matters including organizational structure, key employee compensation, general estate planning, and other business matters. He currently represents clients with operations in 22 states and some foreign countries. Doug is also owner/operator of Richardson Land and Cattle Company, a beef production and commercial real estate enterprise.Past speaker for the annual U.S. Poultry and Egg Association Financial Management Seminar, and numerous meetings of the National Pork Board, National Chicken Council, National Turkey Federation, and various other organizations.
