Giancarlo Boswell

Giancarlo Boswell, P.E., serves as the Technical Associate Director and Professional Engineer at alliantgroup since May 2020, where engineering expertise is applied to inspect HVAC and hot water systems, lighting, and building envelope systems, while also constructing full energy models for tax qualification assessments. As the owner of Thomas Street Enterprises, LLC., since October 2016, Giancarlo manages residential renovations and leasing for Houston residents. Prior experience includes a role as Engineer Project II at Honeywell Process Solutions, focusing on safety systems in industrial environments, and earlier positions in software quality assurance at FrogSlayer and Morelco Technologies. Giancarlo also held a product marketing management internship at STETA and logistics staff position at Philmont Scout Ranch under the Boy Scouts of America. Giancarlo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013.
