Paresh Devchand started their work experience in 2004 as a Branch Manager at Budget Rent a Car. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Facilities Manager at Balfour Beatty plc. In 2009, they joined NHS Blood and Transplant as a Facilities Coordinator. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Managing Director at DevStar UK. Paresh then worked as a Key Account Manager at Swiss Post Solutions from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Feefo as a Customer Service Manager and later transitioned to the role of Technical Analyst from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working as an Application Support Engineer at Alliants since 2019.

Paresh Devchand completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Information Technology from Rhodes University from the years 2000 to 2003. Paresh also obtained another Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university, completing it in 2003. In 2006, Paresh attended the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) where they obtained a degree in IOSH - Managing safety at work. In 2015, they attended St John's Ambulance where they received a certification in First Aid at work. Paresh has also obtained additional certifications such as Learning Linux Command Line from LinkedIn in May 2020, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
