Sungwoo Park

Sungwoo Park is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as Regional Chief Risk Officer at Allianz Asia Pacific since July 2020 and Chief Risk Officer at Allianz Taiwan Life Insurance Ltd since September 2014, Sungwoo Park has developed expertise in risk management and solvency implementation. Prior to these roles, positions included Regional Manager at Allianz SE Insurance Management Asia Pacific and Manager at Allianz Life (Korea), where significant contributions were made to projects related to asset liability management and financial reporting. Sungwoo Park holds a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from Hanyang University, completed in 1996.
