Marcelo Gomes MacHado

Marcelo Gomes Machado has over two decades of experience in the insurance and financial sectors, currently serving as the Regional Sales Development Manager for Southern Brazil at Allianz Brasil since December 2005. Marcelo is responsible for strategic and tactical management within the region, overseeing commercial operations, KPI management, broker relations, and process improvements impacting branch operations across Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul. Previously, Marcelo held leadership roles at Allianz Brasil as the Branch Manager in Curitiba and Porto Alegre, managing commercial and administrative aspects, personnel, and team activities in various regional locations. Marcelo's career commenced at AIG, where initial responsibilities included account management, followed by a managerial position at Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. Marcelo holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FAE Centro Universitário.
