Paulo Ayres

Paulo Ayres has extensive experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Diretor Regional Norte/Nordeste at Allianz Brasil since February 2011, with previous roles including Superintendente Corporate and Gerente Filial Lapa. Prior to Allianz, Paulo held positions at AD Corretora de Seguros as Gerente de filial and at SulAmérica as Gerente de vendas. Experience also includes serving as Gerente coordenador at Unibanco AIG Seguros e Previdência S.A. and as Coordenador de negócios at Itau Seguros. Paulo began a career at Bradesco Seguros as Gerente comercial. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado and a degree in Business Administration from Pós Graduação - Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz.
