Floris van der Weide

Floris van der Weide has a diverse work experience in various industries. Floris started their career in the hospitality industry, working as an Allround F&B associate for six years. Floris then transitioned into the banking sector, initially as a Financial Advisor and later as a Branch Manager, responsible for daily affairs and team management. Floris also worked as a Manager for Daily Banking, overseeing four branches and a team of Financial Advisors. Floris later took on the role of Manager for Local Branches, handling commercial and operational responsibilities for three branches and contributing to the agile transition of client-facing departments. In their most recent role at Allianz Direct, Floris served as the Super Circle Lead, responsible for the Customer Contact Center and part of building the international Operations organization. Currently, Floris works as a Personal and Professional Leadership Coach at Holistic Leadership, utilizing their skills to guide others in discovering their unique strengths and achieving wholeness.
