Christophe Gauer

Christophe Gauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and public affairs, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Public Affairs at Allianz France since July 2021. Previously, Gauer held key roles at the French Insurance Federation, including Chief of Staff and Communication Director, and worked as a Communication Advisor and Chief of Staff for the Interministerial Delegation for the Reconstruction of the French West Indies. Gauer started at B2P Communications Consulting GmbH as a Junior Consultant, progressing to Senior Consultant, where expertise in CEO positioning, media relations, and crisis communications was developed. Gauer’s background includes consulting for major European companies across sectors such as defense and aerospace, advising top managers and engaging with media and stakeholders in France and Germany. Gauer holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Public Administration from Sciences Po and a diploma from École de Guerre. Proficient in French, German, and English, Gauer possesses a strong foundation in both international relations and public law.
