Justine Boussin has extensive experience in project management and client experience transformation within the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Responsable projet Expérience Client & Transformation and Responsable Projet Assurance Dépendance Prévoyance Emprunteur Santé at Allianz France since October 2015, Justine has a proven track record in piloting complex projects involving multiple stakeholders while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
