Romain Mesmeur

Romain Mesmeur has held various positions at Allianz France since June 2016, currently serving as Head of Providers Management for Claims Solutions and Transformation within the Non-Motor Claims Department, and previously as Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to the Chief Customer Officer. Romain's contributions have included strategic planning for improving customer culture, preparing important presentations for the Group and executive management, and managing data-driven transformations that align with Allianz's strategic goals. Prior experience includes leading data science initiatives and actuarial studies in the P&C Technical Directorate, as well as roles in customer service and supply chain at various organizations. Romain holds a Certificate of Expertise in Actuarial Science and multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of South Brittany.
