Dan Hildebrandt

Dan Hildebrandt, BSB, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at Allianz Life since January 2017, Dan provides strategic HR counsel to C-suite leaders and facilitates key initiatives in workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Previous roles include positions at Park Nicollet Health Services and St. Jude Medical, where Dan contributed significantly to employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Dan holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Minnesota.
