Elisa Sanborn

Elisa Sanborn is an experienced professional currently serving as a Learning Advisor Associate at Allianz Life since June 2022. Previously, Elisa held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant and worked as a Twitter Content Creator & Administrator for Secondhand Hounds from April 2022 to May 2023. Elisa also taught Social Studies at Anoka-Hennepin School District from August 2019 to June 2022 and served as a Substitute Teacher/Paraeducator during part of 2018. Elisa's earlier roles include being a CLA First-Year Experience Section Leader at the University of Minnesota and an Organizing Fellow for Klobuchar For Minnesota. Elisa holds a Master of Education in Social Studies Teacher Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, also from the University of Minnesota. Currently, Elisa is pursuing a Certificate in Instructional Design at the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
