Jillian Haugen

Jillian Haugen has over 15 years of experience in sales strategy and leadership within the financial services industry, primarily at Allianz Life Financial Services LLC, where roles included Head of Sales Strategy for FMO Distribution, Sr. Director of Strategic Planning and Field Development, and Director of Field and Sales Development. Jillian has demonstrated expertise in strategic accounts, leadership development, and training. Prior to this, Jillian worked as a New Business and Transfers Representative at the University of Minnesota while earning a Master in Education from the same institution, where involvement included participation in the University of Minnesota Women's Rowing Team.
