John Vaughan

John Vaughan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Most recently, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst - Principal at Allianz Life, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they served as a Business Systems Analyst at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, where they primarily supported systems for the Private Markets space and provided IT support for Finance and HR divisions.

From 2015 to 2019, John worked as an IT Business Analyst at Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc., collaborating with functional users and IT in gathering business requirements and managing IT project initiatives across all functional areas of the company. John held a consultant role at Deloitte from 2011 to 2015, specializing in technology delivery and project management, specifically in PeopleSoft modules.

John also gained experience through internships and student consultant positions earlier in their career, including a controlling intern role at Bruker Biospin in 2010, a student consultant role at Integration Seminar in 2010 where they analyzed the management strategy of St. Clara Hospital, and a consultant role at Life Services LLC in 2010.

John Vaughan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, obtained from Maastricht School of Management, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Finance and International Business, at the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Finance, International Business, and German, at the University of St.Gallen. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained certifications including eFront eFI100 and eFI200 Certification from eFront, as well as the CFA Investment Foundations Program from the CFA Institute.
