Krishna Velesetti

Krishna Velesetti has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Krishna started their career at Hutchinson Technology Inc. in 2003, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and Integration Lead. During their time there, they led the development of a middle-tier application that integrated a manufacturing execution system with machines, resulting in significant improvements in manufacturing failures, operator productivity, and machine utilization.

In 2008, Krishna joined Digineer as a Senior Integration Architect. In this role, they built an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) from scratch, connecting backend systems with front-end systems and standalone applications.

Since 2009, Krishna has been working with Allianz Life. Krishna initially joined as a Principal Solutions Architect, where they contributed to the launch and growth of the B2B Integration practice. Krishna played a crucial role in developing roadmaps for improvement and cost control, as well as establishing application standards and defining portfolio strategy for solutions, integrations, and infrastructure.

In 2012, Krishna transitioned into the role of Principal Enterprise Architect at Allianz Life. In this strategic position, they oversee multi-year, multi-project initiatives, collaborating with C-suite and senior business and technology leaders. Their responsibilities include driving technology thought leadership, transitioning new technology into the organization, and mentoring Solution Architects.

One of their successful initiatives includes leading a multi-year data architecture transformation project to migrate Allianz Life systems to the cloud.

Krishna Velesetti holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Krishna also has additional certifications in software architecture from The International Association of Software Architects and Microsoft. Currently, they are working towards obtaining the Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
