Lauren Talarico

Lauren Talarico, MBA has a diverse work experience, starting as an Actuarial Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota in 2009. Lauren then joined Allianz Life in 2010, where they held several roles including Senior Actuarial Assistant, Principal Financial Analyst, Principal Portfolio Analyst, and Central Project Office Director. Currently, they serve as the Director of Data & Analytics at Allianz Life, a position they have held since March 2023.

Lauren Talarico has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardinal Stritch University, which was obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Actuarial Science from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, Lauren has obtained certifications in Applied Business Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2023, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, and 5 Personal Finance Tips from LinkedIn in 2018.
