Matthew Strom

Matthew Strom has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 till present. Matthew is currently working at Allianz Life as a Sales Enablement Principal where they collaborate with internal and external wholesalers to identify sales opportunities and trends and utilizes data analytics to develop strategies for more efficient sales results. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Internal Retirement Consultant at Allianz from 2017 to 2021. From 2014 to 2017, Matthew served as a Sales Director at First Income Advisors, coaching financial advisors and building their retirement income planning business. Matthew also worked at Security Life from 2013 to 2014 as a Manager for the Sales Connect Team, specializing in individual and group dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Senior Internal Wholesaler at Allianz Life from 2010 to 2013 and as a Field Marketing Specialist at Becker Professional Education from 2008 to 2010.

Matthew Strom attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a B.A. in Communication Studies. In addition to their degree, they have certifications in Accident & Health, Life License, CRPC from the College for Financial Planning, and Series 6 and Series 63 from FINRA.
