Sarah Gardner

Sarah Gardner has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance and financial services industry. Sarah began their career in 1990 as a Business Analyst at ING, where they worked until 2000. Sarah then joined The Hartford as a Senior Business Consultant, where they remained for over 12 years. In 2013, they moved to Prudential Financial as a Senior Business Consultant until 2014. Most recently, Sarah has been working at Allianz Life, starting as a Principal Control Consultant in 2015 and then progressing to the role of Business Operations Consultant. Sarah is currently serving as the Director of Operations, a position they have held since August 2022.
