Asmae Belhaj Soulami

Asmae Belhaj Soulami possesses extensive experience in the insurance and quality management sectors. Currently serving as Responsable AMOA / Organisation / PMO and Performance & Controlling Manager at Allianz Maroc since January 2017, Asmae has held various roles focused on controlling and performance management. Prior experience includes positions as Claims Quality Manager and Claims Health Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from February 2010 to December 2016, and as a Quality and Reengineering Project Manager at CNSS from May 2007 to January 2010. Asmae started the professional journey as a Quality Manager at CERIMME from July 2005 to April 2007. Educational qualifications include an Ingénieur d'Etat degree in Metrology and Management of Measurement Systems from Mines Douai (2003-2004) and an Ingénieur d'Etat degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat (1999-2002), complemented by preparatory classes for engineering schools at Lycée Mly Driss (1997-1999).
