Elaine Nijssen

Elaine Nijssen currently serves as a Senior Product Owner for Property & Casualty in the Netherlands and Belgium at Allianz Nederland, a position held since January 2019. Elaine also functions as a Senior Team Manager for servicing pensions and PPI, alongside being a Co-Network Leader for the Embrace network, which focuses on mental health and wellbeing within Allianz Benelux. Responsibilities in this role include organizing workshops and providing a supportive environment for colleagues. Additionally, Elaine is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Allianz Benelux, championing these initiatives across the organization. Prior to current roles, Elaine worked at Talent en Pro as an interim specialist in pensions and life insurance and held a position as a customer service operator at Amstelring. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hogeschool INHOLLAND, obtained in 2014.
