Firas Ghoussainy

Firas Ghoussainy is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and workplace solutions across the MEA region. Currently serving as the Senior Lead for IT Workplace and Infrastructure at Allianz Partners since January 2025, Firas oversees strategy and operations, driving initiatives in cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization. Previously, Firas held the position of Regional IT Infrastructure Manager at Nextcare, where responsibilities included transforming IT functions and ensuring a secure infrastructure. Firas also worked as IT Manager at Nextcare, managing day-to-day IT operations, and as IT Workshop Manager at Al Jaber Group, leading a team to support multiple site offices. Firas began a career in IT as the IT Assistant Manager at Four Points by Sheraton and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Notre Dame University.
