Sarah MacDonald-Turtle

Sarah Macdonald-Turtle is an experienced actuary specializing in portfolio analytics and third-party reinsurance. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Analytics at Allianz Reinsurance since January 2014, Sarah has held various roles within the company, including Senior Expert and Legacy Actuary. Prior experience includes establishing the actuarial function at DARAG Deutsche Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungs-AG, and working as an Actuarial Consultant at RSA in the UK Legacy Department, along with actuarial management at KPMG UK and roles as an actuarial student at Odyssey Re. Sarah holds a Fellow designation from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and degrees in Actuarial Science and Econometrics from Heriot-Watt University and The University of Manchester, respectively.
