Caroline Hirtzberger serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Allianz Trade since April 2020, focusing on marketing as a growth enabler through the execution of a comprehensive global marketing strategy and the management of the Allianz Trade brand. Previously, Caroline held roles at Euler Hermes as the Global Rebranding Project Manager and Global Head of Strategic Marketing and Brand, and at SNCF as the Head of Customers Marketing for TGV INOUI. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in marketing at Hiscox Assurances France, Kellogg Company, Henkel KGaA, and L'Oréal, where Caroline demonstrated expertise in brand management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional team leadership. Caroline holds a Specialized Masters in Intelligence Marketing from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree in Agronomy Engineering from L'Institut Agro Montpellier.
