Pascal Personne is an experienced leader in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as the Group Head of Claims & Collection at Allianz Trade since April 2022, and has held a similar role at Euler Hermes since April 2015. With a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and digitization within the claims and collection processes, Pascal contributes significantly to the profitability of the organization. Previous roles include Group Head of Commercial and Distribution at Euler Hermes, where a diversified distribution strategy was developed, and General Manager Spain at SOLUNION, leading the merger of credit insurance activities in Spain. Pascal's extensive career also includes serving as Commercial Director South Europe, Africa & Middle East, and CEO of Euler Hermes Spain.
