Alexander Bogensperger

Alexander Bogensperger has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and compliance, primarily with Allianz from February 2016 to May 2024, where positions included Head of Regulatory and European Affairs, Head of the European Affairs Office, and Lead Senior Manager for Supervisory Oversight. Responsibilities involved acting as the main contact for supervisory inquiries, coordinating meetings with regulators, and ensuring compliance within the Allianz Group. Prior to Allianz, Alexander held the role of Senior Compliance Officer at Allianz Global Investors, contributing to the development of compliance policies across Europe and implementing regulatory directives. Alexander began a career at Frankfurter Sparkasse as a Treasury Business Analyst and Equity and Fixed Income Trader. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin and an Executive Program from Fudan University.
