Alexander Bogensperger

Alexander Bogensperger, M.B.A., has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory and European Affairs at Allianz since July 2012. In this role, Alexander acted as the central BaFin coordinator for supervisory inquiries and facilitated high-level meetings with Allianz SE senior management. Previously, as the Global Anti-Money Laundering Coordinator, Alexander led the implementation of the AML/CTF program, managed a network of global Money Laundering Reporting Officers, and developed compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Alexander's career also includes senior compliance roles at Allianz Global Investors and earlier positions in finance and treasury at Frankfurter Sparkasse. Alexander holds an Executive MBA from ESMT Berlin and multiple degrees in finance, economics, and law from prestigious institutions.
