Anouk Lacher

Anouk Lacher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and project management roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Head of Transformation Office and Head of Project Development at Allianz since September 2018, Anouk leads teams in digital transformation initiatives, acting as Product Owner for Agile Transformation in Allianz Suisse. Previously, Anouk held the position of Head of Property & Private Liability Claims, overseeing a support team of 30 employees.
