Ernst Herrmann

Ernst Herrmann is an Agile Coach at Allianz, where they focus on change management for global effectiveness and efficiency programs. Previously, they held positions as Head of Program Management and Head of Management Development, overseeing business services in HR and talent management, respectively. Ernst was also the Head of Quality Management at Allianz Managed Operations and Services AMOS, responsible for the worldwide deployment of process improvement initiatives. They earned their Staatsexamen from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München between 1986 and 1992.
