Gero von Manstein

Gero von Manstein is a seasoned professional in the insurance sector with extensive experience at Allianz. Currently serving as the Head of Regions Global MidCorp since August 2021, Gero has held various leadership roles within Allianz SE since June 2017, including overseeing portfolio management for Global Commercial. Prior experience includes key positions at Allianz Deutschland AG from January 1997 to May 2017, encompassing roles such as Head of Legal Expense Insurance and Head of P&C Operations for South-West Germany. Gero started the career as an Underwriter for Casualty Large Accounts at Allianz Insurance Company in 1999. Academic credentials include a PhD in Law from Freie Universität Berlin and a Jur.
