Klaudia Heger

Klaudia Heger has over 15 years of experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as the IT Service/Quality & Provider Manager at Allianz Group since February 2016, Klaudia previously held various leadership positions at HP Enterprise Services from November 2009 to February 2016, including Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at EDS Hungary Ltd. and EDS Hungary, as well as Team Leader at EDS Hungary. Klaudia holds a degree from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, earned between 1996 and 2003.
