Krizia Benique

Krizia Benique is an experienced Program Manager and IT/Operations Lead at Allianz since November 2020, where leadership in the development and delivery of global learning programs for Allianz SE’s P&C Academy supports thousands of learners annually. This role includes managing over 25 e-learning modules with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability. Prior experience includes a position as a Working Student in Strategy and Execution, where coordination of global operational activities enhanced training programs. Additionally, an internship at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru provided technical support for asset management compliance and process improvement. Krizia holds a Master of Science in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Universidad ESAN, and has completed an exchange semester in Operations Management at the University of Cologne.
