Shez Ford

Shez Ford, GAICD, is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Chief General Manager for the Consumer Division at Allianz, overseeing customer strategy, service, distribution functions, and various marketing and digital teams. Prior to Allianz, Shez held the position of Executive General Manager for Advice & Insurance in Wealth & Private at Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included leading the bank's wealth strategy and managing several associated companies. Shez's extensive experience includes roles at ANZ as General Manager for Advice & Direct Distribution and positions in insurance and operations, along with foundational work at ING Australia and PricewaterhouseCoopers in taxation. Shez holds several degrees from prestigious institutions, including an ANZ Digitisation & Industrialisation Program from MIT Sloan and a CA in Accounting and Taxation from ICAEW.
