Steve Wade

Steve Wade is an experienced professional with a robust background in learning systems and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Allianz, Steve has successfully designed and implemented a compliance training matrix for effective training administration. Previous roles include Learning Technology Lead at Ausgrid and multiple academic teaching positions, including a Visiting Lecturer in Psychology at Mills College. Steve's early career includes research at the RS Dow Neurological Sciences Institute, focusing on perception and balance, as well as various roles in business process and production analysis at Lion and Vitro. Steve holds a Masters of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology and Mathematics from the University of Sydney.
