Ari Pak currently serves as a Senior Continuous Quality Improvement Specialist at The Forum for Youth Investment, focusing on advancing positive youth development and racial equity across various organizations. Prior experience includes the role of Programs Director at Asian American LEAD, where leadership was provided to a large team managing multiple programs across the DC metropolitan area. Ari also held positions as Maryland Programs Manager, High School Program Coordinator, and Elementary School Enrichment Teacher at AALEAD, establishing impactful programs for underserved youth. Additional internships and assistantships in HIV counseling and developmental psychology research were completed prior to these roles. Ari holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William & Mary.
