Taylor Sieverling

Taylor Sieverling is currently serving as a Venture Capital Analyst at Allianz since August 2023, following a previous role as an Investment Operations Analyst in the DELTA rotational program, where efforts focused on data quality, governance, and ESG integration. Prior experience includes working as a Food Waste Audit Coordinator at UCLA, facilitating waste audits and advising on sustainability, and serving as Sustainagoals Director, implementing reusable dining ware projects. Additional roles include research and writing support at UCLA Powell Library and previous internships in ESG analysis and sustainable business practices. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with double minors in Environmental Sustainability and Public Affairs from UCLA in 2023.
