Kevin Shell

Kevin Shell has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Kevin started their career in 1990 as a Property Manager at Kramer Triad, where they worked with various condominium associations and gained valuable skills in issue solving, budgeting, and capital planning. In 1996, they moved on to Asphalt Specialists, Inc. as the VP of Sales, where they led and managed a sales team, set up performance tracking dashboards, and consistently exceeded sales and customer retention goals. Since 2011, Kevin has been the Vice President Estimating at Allied Construction- Asphalt Paving Experts and Paving Professionals.

Kevin Shell completed their Bachelor of General Studies degree in Engineering, Political Science, and Business at the University of Michigan from 1983 to 1987. Kevin also briefly attended Clemson University in 1985 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study at that institution.
